Dr. Casey Locarnini
A practicing physician for over 13 years, Dr. Locarnini received his M.D. degree from Tulane University in New Orleans and completed his Emergency Medicine residency at the Naval Medical Center, San Diego in 1999. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Emergency Medicine, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine. For the last 2 years, Dr. Locarnini has practiced Emergency Medicine at Emory Dunwoody Medical Center and Northlake Regional Medical Center, both in metro Atlanta. Additionally, he has been a government contract physician for the U.S. Army at Fort Stewart. Previously, he served as staff physician for Urgent One, an urgent care clinic system, in Savannah, Georgia. In 2001, Dr. Locarnini was honorably discharged from the Navy Medical Corps after serving 10 years on active duty. During that time, he served as Department Head for Emergency Medicine at Naval Hospital 29 Palms, California and as attending faculty for the Emergency Medicine Residency program at Naval Medical Center, San Diego. He also served as a Navy Flight Surgeon and a General Medical Officer.
